- Company Nik Com did the identification and analysis of energy efficiency (EE) measures that will reduce energy consumption, energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions, ensuring more efficient handling and maintenance of the building and its installations, as well as that, after the implementation of the measures, conditions in the building be maintained at the appropriate level defined by regulations and examples of good practice.
- In order to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, and after detailed energy inspections and analyzes of the thermal characteristics of the envelope and the characteristics of the technical systems of the buildings, adequate measures were proposed by our experts.
- At the end, in the energy audit report, our team proposed economically justified measures for improving the energy characteristics of the building.
The most common works that are implemented as measures to improve the energy efficiency of buildings are the following:
– thermal insulation of facade walls
– thermal insulation of the roof
– replacement of windows and doors
– thermal and hydro insulation of flat roofs
– installation of new boilers and equipment in the boiler room
– balancing of the heating system
– installation of energy-efficient lighting.
The proposed measures, which are the result of our projects, are implemented according to the indicators of economic profitability of energy efficiency measures and technological requirements.
DETAILED ENERGY INSPECTIONS of the building, which we prepared with great care, were the basis for the development of the main project of implementing measures to increase the building’s energy efficiency.
Bearing in mind the proposal of measures from the report on the energy inspection and respecting the peculiarities of the building itself, we chose high-quality, rational and at that moment possible project solutions for improving the energy efficiency of buildings in accordance with the Rulebook on minimum energy efficiency requirements for buildings.
Within the projects of implementing measures to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, we did:
* detailed energy audits;
*main projects;
*professional supervision over the execution of works;
*monitoring before and after the realization of the investment.
