This design defines all the infrastructure needed for filling and transporting water to 300,000 tonnes of tankers. The design covers the land and marine parts of the infrastructure.

The land part includes a system of pipelines (the connection of main pipe is planned to the existing tank) and a break chamber, which regulates the pressure required in the system. For the purpose of simulating the operation of the system, a hydraulic model was developed.An underwater pipeline was designed from the coast to the planned platform (which serves to fill the tanker with water), which transports water to the steel structure, from which water is transported to the tanker by flexible pipes.
